Thank you for supporting Travel B.K.O.®. This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through TravelBKO.com, including Travel B.K.O.® catalog items, apparel, accessories, branded merchandise, and related products.

By placing an order through TravelBKO.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

All Merchandise Sales Are Final

All Travel B.K.O.® merchandise sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing due to a confirmed fulfillment issue.

Travel B.K.O.® does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind;

Incorrect size selection;

Fit preference;

Color preference;

Style preference;

Ordering the wrong item;

Duplicate orders;

Customer delay in reviewing the order;

Failure to review the product description, sizing information, or order details before purchase.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product details, sizing information, shipping information, and order details before completing a purchase.

Limited Order Issue Review

Travel B.K.O.® may review an order issue only if the item received is:

Damaged upon arrival;

Defective;

Incorrect due to a Travel B.K.O.® fulfillment error;

Missing from the order.

To request review, the customer must contact Travel B.K.O.® within 3 calendar days of delivery.

The request must include:

Customer name;

Order number;

Delivery date;

Item purchased;

Description of the issue;

Clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or defect.

Requests submitted after 3 calendar days may be denied unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Review Does Not Guarantee Refund

Submitting an order issue for review does not guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Travel B.K.O.® reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the order, product condition, supporting photos, inventory availability, and fulfillment records.

Approved resolutions may include, at Travel B.K.O.®’s discretion:

Replacement of the same item;

Store credit;

Partial refund;

Full refund;

No further action, if the request is not approved.

Unauthorized Returns

Items may not be returned without prior written approval from Travel B.K.O.®.

Any item sent back without approval will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.

Travel B.K.O.® is not responsible for unauthorized returns, return shipping costs, or items lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipment.

Product Sizing, Color, and Appearance

Product sizing, color, placement, material, and appearance may vary slightly depending on the product, manufacturer, screen display, production process, or fulfillment method.

These variations do not qualify for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund unless Travel B.K.O.® determines that the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing due to a fulfillment issue.

Custom, Limited, and Made-to-Order Items

Customized, personalized, limited release, special order, and made-to-order items are final sale.

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund unless Travel B.K.O.® confirms that the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing due to a fulfillment issue.

Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Travel B.K.O.® is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, lost packages, misdelivered packages, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, operational issues, address issues, or other circumstances outside of Travel B.K.O.®’s control.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once they have entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment.

Because certain items may be produced, ordered, reserved, or fulfilled shortly after purchase, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Advisor Deposits

This policy applies to catalog and merchandise purchases only.

The Travel B.K.O.® Advisor Onboarding Deposit is not a merchandise purchase. Advisor deposit terms, eligibility, and refund conditions are governed by the separate advisor onboarding terms provided during the Travel B.K.O.® advisor application and onboarding process.
