Travel B.K.O.® is operated by O.PMC, LLC. Throughout these Terms, “Travel B.K.O.®,” “Travel BKO,” “TBKO,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Travel B.K.O.® and its operator, O.PMC, LLC. “You,” “your,” “user,” “visitor,” “customer,” “applicant,” or “advisor” refers to any person who accesses the website, submits information, applies to become an advisor, purchases merchandise, or uses any Travel B.K.O.® service, resource, or portal.
By accessing or using TravelBKO.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Website Use
You may use TravelBKO.com only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the website for fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes;
Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the website;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Agent Portal, private forms, supplier materials, internal resources, or restricted areas;
Copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, or misuse website content, forms, systems, documents, graphics, trademarks, logos, catalog materials, advisor resources, or private business materials;
Submit false, incomplete, misleading, or unauthorized information;
Impersonate another person, company, advisor, applicant, customer, or representative;
Use Travel B.K.O.® materials in a way that suggests approval, affiliation, authority, or agency status without written authorization.
Travel B.K.O.® reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website, forms, catalog, application process, Agent Portal, or advisor resources at any time.
2. No Guarantee of Availability
Travel B.K.O.® makes reasonable efforts to maintain TravelBKO.com, but we do not guarantee that the website, forms, checkout pages, Agent Portal, catalog, supplier links, or other digital resources will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may update, modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue any website content, page, feature, product, form, policy, service, advisor resource, or portal access at any time without prior notice.
3. Travel Services
Travel B.K.O.® may provide travel-related information, guidance, booking support, advisor resources, supplier access guidance, client intake tools, and travel planning services.
All travel products, supplier offers, pricing, availability, terms, restrictions, cancellation rules, documentation requirements, and travel conditions are subject to change and may be controlled by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, travel insurance providers, wholesalers, destination suppliers, and booking platforms.
Travel B.K.O.® is not responsible for supplier errors, supplier cancellations, pricing changes, availability changes, schedule changes, delays, denied boarding, passport or visa issues, weather events, government restrictions, traveler documentation errors, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside of Travel B.K.O.®’s control.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing all supplier terms, travel documents, identification requirements, passport and visa requirements, health requirements, payment deadlines, cancellation policies, and insurance options before travel.
4. Travel Protection
Travel B.K.O.® may recommend or provide access to travel protection options through approved providers or supplier programs.
Travel protection is subject to the terms, exclusions, limits, and claim requirements of the issuing provider. Travel B.K.O.® does not control claim decisions, coverage determinations, benefit approvals, exclusions, or provider processing timelines.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing plan documents before purchase.
5. Advisor Applications
Submitting an advisor application does not guarantee acceptance, approval, onboarding, portal access, supplier access, commission eligibility, booking authority, or any business relationship with Travel B.K.O.®.
Travel B.K.O.® reserves the right to approve, deny, pause, request additional information, or discontinue any advisor application at its sole discretion.
Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Travel B.K.O.® may deny or terminate an application or advisor relationship if information is false, incomplete, misleading, inconsistent, unauthorized, or not aligned with Travel B.K.O.® standards.
6. Independent Advisor Relationship
Approved Travel B.K.O.® advisors are not employees of Travel B.K.O.®, O.PMC, LLC, or any supplier unless separately stated in a written agreement signed by Travel B.K.O.®.
Advisor participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, joint venture, ownership interest, or guaranteed income opportunity.
Advisor rights, responsibilities, commission terms, booking procedures, portal access, supplier usage, client handling, agency standards, and termination rules are governed by the applicable Travel B.K.O.® advisor agreement, onboarding packet, portal rules, supplier guidance, and written agency policies.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed advisor agreement, the signed advisor agreement controls for advisor-specific matters.
7. Agent Portal
The Travel B.K.O.® Agent Portal is restricted to approved advisors and authorized users only.
Portal access may include private forms, supplier guidance, booking submission tools, advisor resources, training materials, internal documents, commission procedures, and agency operating instructions.
You agree not to share portal access, passwords, documents, forms, supplier links, booking tools, internal resources, or private materials with unauthorized persons.
Travel B.K.O.® may suspend or revoke portal access at any time for misuse, inactivity, policy violations, termination, security concerns, supplier concerns, or business reasons.
Unauthorized access or attempted access to the Agent Portal is strictly prohibited.
8. Advisor Onboarding Deposit
The Travel B.K.O.® Advisor Onboarding Deposit is separate from catalog and merchandise purchases.
The deposit may be used to secure onboarding review, administrative setup, portal preparation, access readiness, advisor materials, or other onboarding-related processes.
Deposit terms, refund eligibility, credit eligibility, and commission-based return conditions are governed by the applicable advisor onboarding terms provided during the application and onboarding process.
Payment of a deposit does not guarantee advisor approval, supplier approval, commission eligibility, booking authority, portal access, or continued participation.
9. Catalog and Merchandise Purchases
Travel B.K.O.® may offer catalog items, apparel, accessories, branded merchandise, limited release items, or other products through TravelBKO.com.
Product details, availability, pricing, descriptions, colors, sizing, images, production timelines, fulfillment methods, and shipping timelines may change without notice.
Travel B.K.O.® makes reasonable efforts to display catalog items accurately, but product images, colors, sizing, print placement, materials, and final appearance may vary depending on screen display, production process, manufacturer, supplier, or fulfillment method.
All catalog and merchandise purchases are subject to the posted Shipping & Returns Policy.
10. Payments
All payments must be made through approved payment methods made available through TravelBKO.com or otherwise authorized by Travel B.K.O.®.
You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and payment information.
Travel B.K.O.® may refuse, cancel, delay, or review any transaction suspected of fraud, error, misuse, unauthorized activity, chargeback risk, policy violation, or payment issue.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping charges, processing fees, supplier fees, or other charges may apply.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or bank reversal, customers and applicants are encouraged to contact Travel B.K.O.® directly so the issue can be reviewed.
Travel B.K.O.® reserves the right to dispute chargebacks, provide transaction records, submit policy evidence, provide delivery confirmation, provide portal/application records, and recover amounts owed where permitted by law.
Improper chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment reversals may result in cancellation, account restriction, portal suspension, application denial, collection activity, or termination of any advisor relationship.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on TravelBKO.com is owned by or licensed to Travel B.K.O.®, unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Travel B.K.O.® name, branding, trademarks, logos, marks, and designs;
Website content, page layouts, text, graphics, forms, documents, policies, and downloads;
Advisor materials, training content, portal materials, booking procedures, supplier guidance, and internal resources;
Catalog designs, product descriptions, photos, graphics, and promotional materials.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, resell, display, exploit, or create derivative works from Travel B.K.O.® content without prior written permission.
13. Trademark Notice
Travel B.K.O.® is a protected brand identity. Unauthorized use of the Travel B.K.O.® name, logo, marks, branding, or confusingly similar identifiers is prohibited.
Nothing on TravelBKO.com grants you ownership rights or license rights to use Travel B.K.O.® intellectual property except as expressly authorized in writing.
14. User Submissions

Travel B.K.O.® does not provide legal, tax, financial, immigration, medical, or professional compliance advice through the website.
Users, customers, applicants, travelers, and advisors should consult appropriate professionals for legal, tax, financial, immigration, documentation, insurance, or compliance matters.
17. Compliance With Laws
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, supplier requirements, travel requirements, payment requirements, intellectual property rules, and website policies.
Approved advisors are responsible for complying with applicable travel industry standards, supplier rules, client handling requirements, advertising rules, documentation requirements, privacy requirements, and Travel B.K.O.® policies.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
TravelBKO.com and all website content, catalog items, forms, links, resources, portal materials, and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Travel B.K.O.® makes no guarantee that the website, portal, catalog, advisor opportunity, travel service, supplier access, product, document, or resource will meet your expectations, produce a specific result, generate income, remain available, remain error-free, or be suitable for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel B.K.O.® disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted service.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel B.K.O.®, O.PMC, LLC, and their owners, officers, representatives, contractors, advisors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to:
Use of TravelBKO.com;
Catalog purchases;
Advisor applications;
Advisor onboarding;
Agent Portal access or denial;
Supplier links, supplier decisions, or travel provider actions;
Travel delays, cancellations, documentation issues, or disruptions;
Website errors, outages, or unavailable services;
Unauthorized access, account misuse, or data transmission issues;
Third-party platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, or fulfillment providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel B.K.O.®’s total liability for any claim related to a website transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Travel B.K.O.® for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Some laws may not allow certain limitations. In those cases, limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your violation of any Travel B.K.O.® policy;
Your violation of any law, rule, regulation, supplier requirement, or third-party right;
Information, materials, or content you submit;
Unauthorized portal use or credential sharing;
Fraudulent, misleading, or improper conduct;
Advisor-related misconduct or unauthorized representations.
21. Termination
Travel B.K.O.® may suspend, restrict, deny, or terminate access to the website, forms, catalog, checkout, advisor application process, Agent Portal, or other resources at any time, with or without notice, for any lawful reason, including suspected misuse, fraud, security concerns, policy violations, business reasons, supplier concerns, or noncompliance.
Termination does not limit Travel B.K.O.®’s right to enforce these Terms, recover amounts owed, protect intellectual property, preserve records, or pursue available remedies.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
23. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact Travel B.K.O.® in writing and allow a reasonable opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from or related to TravelBKO.com, these Terms, catalog purchases, website use, advisor applications, deposits, or Travel B.K.O.® services shall be handled individually and not as part of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding against Travel B.K.O.®.
Any legal action not resolved informally shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Maryland, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
